We only offer returns of our textile products ordered from You will receive a full refund. An exchange is not possible, please order the desired item in our shop.

The shipping costs will be paid by the customer.


How do I return my items?

Please follow the steps below for the returns:

1. Print out the return form and fill it out with your order information, which you can find in your order confirmation or delivery note.

2. Fill in the product information for each returned item. 

3. Write "RETOURE" on the outside of your package.

4. When returning goods from outside the EU, all returned items need to be accompanied by a commercial invoice as required by international customs agencies. To receive the commercial invoice, please contact us by e-mail at:

PLEASE NOTE that without the commercial invoice the parcels may not get through customs and we cannot guarantee you a refund and that all returned goods must be in perfect, unworn and undamaged condition, including all tags and labels.

When should you contact us?

 In the following cases, you should contact for inspection before returning the goods to us.

- If you have received a damaged or incorrect product

- If the warranty period (14 days) has expired

When can you expect your refund?

We will process your request as soon as we have received your parcel. Please expect a refund within 14 working days of us processing your return. Please expect a replacement product within 14 working days after we have processed your return.
